Browse our fleet, submit a reservation request with your dates, and our team personally reviews availability — typically within 2–4 hours on business days. Once approved, you upload your license and insurance, sign the rental agreement electronically, and complete payment. Then we coordinate pickup or delivery. There is no instant charge when you submit a request.

Pacific Luxe Direct is a boutique, personally managed operation based in Santa Monica. You work directly with us — not a rotating host network. That means consistent vehicle standards, transparent terms on every listing, white-glove handoff, and a single point of contact from request through return.

You must meet the age minimum for your vehicle (listed on each detail page), hold a valid driver's license, and provide proof of full-coverage auto insurance that covers luxury and exotic vehicles. A secondary ID (passport or government-issued ID) is required. A security deposit is collected at payment and refunded after return and inspection.

We require proof of full-coverage auto insurance with collision and comprehensive coverage that extends to the rented vehicle class. Your policy must list you as an insured driver. If your personal policy does not cover exotic or high-value vehicles, we can arrange supplemental coverage for an additional fee — ask when you submit your request.

Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and are shown on each listing and in your rental agreement (typically $1,500–$2,500). The deposit is held at the time of payment, not at request. After you return the vehicle and we complete the post-rental inspection, the deposit is refunded in full minus any documented charges for damage, excess mileage, fuel, or cleaning if applicable.

No payment is required when you submit a reservation request. Payment — including the security deposit — is collected only after your request is approved and you have signed the rental agreement. You will receive a secure payment link at that stage.

Yes. Each vehicle includes a daily mileage allowance (typically 100 miles per day; see the vehicle page for exact limits). Excess mileage is charged per mile at the rate listed on that vehicle's detail page. Planning a longer trip? Contact us before booking for a custom mileage package.

Yes, for most vehicles. We offer delivery to your home, hotel, or private aviation terminal in the greater Los Angeles area — including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Malibu, and LAX-adjacent locations — for an additional fee. Delivery availability is noted on each vehicle page. Pickup at our Santa Monica base is always available during business hours.

Standard pickup and return hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After-hours coordination may be available by arrangement — contact us when you submit your request.

Yes, subject to the same insurance and licensing requirements. Out-of-state renters must provide valid insurance that covers rental in California. International renters need a valid license and passport; contact us before requesting so we can confirm documentation requirements.

All Pacific Luxe vehicles are non-smoking. Smoking or vaping in the vehicle may result in a cleaning fee. Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing for a specific rental — contact us before booking if you have a special request.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank unless otherwise noted in your agreement. If the tank is not refilled, a refueling charge applies per the rental agreement.

Yes. Additional drivers must meet the same age and licensing requirements and provide their driver's license and secondary ID. All drivers are added to the rental agreement. There is no extra fee for additional drivers.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the full rental amount. Rescheduling is subject to availability — contact us as early as possible.

We conduct a detailed walk-around inspection with photos at pickup and return. Any new damage discovered at return is documented and assessed. Repair costs are charged against the security deposit per your signed agreement, with itemized documentation provided.

Extensions are subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return. If the vehicle is available, we will update your agreement and process any additional payment.
