Terms of Service
These terms govern reservations with Pacific Luxe Direct d/b/a Pacific Luxe Rentals. For rental-specific policies, see our FAQ and your signed rental agreement. See our Cancellation Policy.
Reservations
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. A reservation is confirmed only after our team approves your dates, you complete required documents, and payment is processed through secure checkout.
Driver requirements
Renters must hold a valid driver's license, meet the minimum age for the selected vehicle, and maintain full-coverage personal auto insurance that extends to luxury or exotic rentals as stated on each vehicle page.
Vehicle use
Vehicles are provided for lawful personal use unless a separate commercial agreement applies. Track use, racing, and off-road operation are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
Deposits & fees
Security deposits, mileage allowances, delivery fees, and taxes are disclosed before payment. Additional charges may apply for excess mileage, fuel, cleaning, or damage per your rental agreement.
Cancellations
Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel before scheduled pickup. Unpaid requests may be withdrawn at no charge. See our Cancellation Policy for the full refund schedule, rescheduling, and no-show terms.
